1. Se clateste vasul presei franceze cu apa fierbinte din abundenta.
2. Se adauga 25g cafea macinata grunjos in vasul presei.
3. Se adauga 280 ml apa la 90°C peste cafea si se amesteca circular de 10ori cu spatula de bambus si se adauga filtrul, fara sa se apese.
4. Dupa aprox 2m se apasa usor si constant filtrul presei pentru a se obtine o bautura echilibrata.
5. Se serveste si se savureaza in cana preferata!
